Shipping Policy

All orders shipped to addresses within Hong Kong are sent via SF Express or Van. For international addresses outside below area, please contact at hello@lotux.com.hk.

If your order is shipping outside Hong Kong, your shipment may be eligible for customs, duties and/or additional taxes depending upon the laws of your particular country. Lotux International Holdings Co., Limited does not collect any custom duties and/or additional taxes at time of payment and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

The Free Shipping promotion is only eligible on orders whose shipping destination is within Hong Kong. The promotion does not apply to any order shipped to a different country, regardless of billing address used for the order. The terms and conditions of this promotion are outlined below:

1. If available, free standard shipping promotion applies only to shipping and handling expenses on orders over the specified amount of the promotion. Free shipping only applies to the order subtotal, excluding sales tax, placed anywhere within the website.
2. Free standard shipping promotion only applies to Standard Shipping (5-9 business days). 
3. Free standard shipping promotion only applies to delivery addresses within Hong Kong. Orders must be shipped to a single address.
4. Free standard shipping promotion is not valid if items in an order are canceled, bringing the subtotal below the specific amount of the promotion.
5. Promotion will be applied as a credit toward the shipping and handling fee.
6. Consumers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returned items.
7. Promotion not valid for cash or cash equivalent or towards previous purchases.
8. Lotux International Holdings Co., Limited reserves the right to change or discontinue the free standard shipping promotion at any time without notice.
